Activity Steps

In this activity, you are going to perform two sets of steps. The first set is to prepare the environment, and the second set is to monitor the LoRaWAN® packets sent by Arduino MKR WAN 1310.

 

Implementation Steps

Install the Arduino IDE.

Update the IDE for Arduino MKR WAN 1310 device.

Test the IDE.

Install the LoRaWAN® library in your IDE.

Update the firmware of the LoRaWAN® module on Arduino MKR WAN1310 device.

Get the DevEUI of Arduino MKR WAN1310 device.

Create a TPC Account.

Create a backend application.

Register the backend application.

Register the device to TPC.

Send LoRaWAN® uplink packets.

Monitoring Steps

Monitor the LoRaWAN® packets on the Arduino IDE console.

Monitor the LoRaWAN® packets on the TPC admin console.

Monitor the LoRaWAN® packets on the ThingPark Wireless Logger.

Monitor the LoRaWAN® packets on the Webhook site.
