Use Web Browser to View Sensor Data With TPE, TPX and Qubitro

Monitoring Steps

During this activity, you are going to perform two different kinds of tasks. The first category is to implement the solution, and the second category is to maintain oversight on how data moves between various functional elements (TPC, TPX, Qubitro, web browser). To help with debugging, it is necessary to get familiar with “how to follow the footprints of the data.”

Because the solution that you just implemented involves a wide variety of systems, it is important to have a solid understanding of the places at which you can observe each system. There are three key areas that you can monitor while working on this exercise: TPC, TPX, and Qubitro.

Step 7 - Monitor sensor data on TPC

On ThingPark Community, you will have the chance to observe the device’s condition as well as its connections and the packets that it has transmitted before data transmit to Qubitro.

Step 8 – Monitor sensor data on TPX

You are able to see the received packets (uplinks) from the device on TPX, as well as observe the condition of the connection to the Qubitro platform.

Step 9 – Monitor sensor data on Qubitro

On the application platform Qubitro, you should be able to view the live data., including the RF-related data as well as the sensor data. Qubitro obtained this data from TPC via TPX.

Step 10 – Monitor sensor data on web browser

It is expected that the live data will be displayed in the web browser. Please refer to Step 6 if you want to share the URL with other people.
