The Sentrius RS1xx External Temperature Probe Sensor LORA & BLE is a long-range sensor platform that uses the benefits of LoRaWAN and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity, this device is battery powered. This small device contains superior RF performance and flexibility with a wide-ranging external temperature probe.
The RS1xx External Series uses Laird’s reliable and field-proven RS1xx Series hardware, in LoRaWAN EU868, US915, AS923, and AU920 regions’ MHz frequencies, along with BLE for local data display, configuration, and any device trouble.
Because of the Semtech SX1272 and Nordic nRF51 silicon, the device offers a LoRa range up to 10 miles with a local 2.4 GHz connectivity option to smartphones and tablets. It functions with Laird’s Sentrius RG1xx Series of LoRa/multi-wireless gateways for easy out-of-the-box integrations and is compatible with third-party cloud and LoRa network ecosystem partners.
