What is PHM?

PHM stands for Prognostic and Health Management. At its core, it uses data collected by sensors to perform prognostic diagnosis, abnormality detection, and prediction through algorithms and artificial intelligence models to detect signs before asset or equipment failure, and then perform maintenance and other management actions, thereby reducing losses due to equipment failure and downtime, and improving equipment life, thus greatly improving maintenance efficiency.

What is AIFS / PHM?

AI modeling often requires a series of complex procedures including data concatenation, data pre-processing, AI model development, and Inference Engine import, as well as a certain level of understanding of numerical data processing and AI algorithms. In order to get the most suitable model, data scientists need to select the algorithm and tune the hyperparameters to get the best model from repeated training and validation.

AIFS/PHM simplifies the modeling process by combining the PHM pre-training models developed by data scientists on the AI platform with the deployment capabilities of the AI platform into a series of AIFS/PHM services and solutions that accelerate the import of AI inference engines and provide remote monitoring of real-time equipment operation information, detection of equipment anomalies, prediction of degradation levels, and monitoring of multi-vibration measurement points.
