The WISE-2410 device follows ISO 10816, which provides guidelines for the evaluation of machine vibration by measurements on non-rotating parts. Such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes, blowers, dryers, presses, and rotating machines that operate in the 10 to 1000 Hz frequency range.

WISE-2410 balances the wireless bandwidth between it and the gateway, so it also mitigates the data transmission fail rates between edge devices and gateways.

AWS IoT SiteWise is a managed service that simplifies collecting, organizing, and analyzing industrial equipment data​

Collect, Organize, and Analyse data from industrial equipment at scale.

  • Create dashboards for teams so they can visualize and understand the predictive maintenance data. Different visualization types that best displays user data. Rearrange and resize visualizations to create a layout that fits the team’s needs.
  • Explore Operational assets, namely the WISE-2410 and other devices, processes, and equipment assets and data. A user can add assets to projects to share them with different teams.
  • Create projects to share assets and dashboards with different teams. A user can assign members in teams as owners or viewers of each project. Administrators then create dashboards in projects to provide a consistent view of operations to the teams.
  • Note: Any other application may be used instead of the AWS IoT SiteWise, by directly integrating to an existing customer application via Actility ThingPark ingestion layer (API)!​​​​​
