Strips Presence is an innovative ultra-thin (3mm) active IR occupancy sensor for smart offices and buildings. Strips Presence monitors the desk occupancy rate by measuring objects and people within close range (configurable up to 50 cm). Sensative Strips Presence has a unique functionality with a manual interaction stage using +Switch. 

The Strips Presence has a new reporting type "pending cleaning" which means when a person is at a desk, then leaves, the sensor will report the desk is "pending" cleaning, not just "empty". ​

When the cleaner has disinfected the desk, they slide the +Switch on the sensor and the sensor will now report that the desk is available and disinfected.

  • Be alerted in real-time when a threshold is exceeded/subscribed so that you can take action as quickly as possible.
  • Customize the sample rate and transmit frequency of the measurements.
  • Simple to install, just mount it on the wall and if needed, change the settings with a smartphone or via downlink.
